2015 Babcock Ridge Red
This wine is a blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot. Easy and soft, a sort of goes-with-anything kind of wine. Good fruit richness with soft plum and a middle palate finish. Pairs well with heavy meats, venison, pork, roast duck or beef bourguignon.
