2016 Reserve Chardonnay
Classic in style, oak-aged for 6 months. Rounded flavors of apple, pear and caramelized sugar with a fragrant vanilla finish. Pairs well with semi-soft goat and cow's milk cheeses, herb-crusted halibut, shrimp, clams and scallops (Pete's favorite is raw oysters)!
