2015 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine is sourced from the famed Red Mountain AVA. Aged in 50% new French oak, with aromas of dark fruit and vanilla. You will find bursts of black cherry, black currant and blackberry on your palate. Pairings include grilled steak, charred gruyere burger, mushroom pizza with tomato sauce, or mushroom stroganoff. Because of high tannins and complex structure, pair with foods high in fat and umami flavors.
