2015 Cab Franc
Medium in body with the smell of roasted red pepper, sweet raspberry, jalapeño, and wet gravel. Medium in tannin, and moderately high in acid, with flavors of sour cherry, smokey tomato, dried oregano,and sweet pepper. Pairs well with roasted meat of all kinds, hearty fish dishes and soft cheeses.
